Problems in obtaining γγ and γe colliding beams at linear colliders
Physical principles of colliding γγ and γe beams are described briefly. Beam-beam effects restricting luminosity are considered. A possible scheme of collision and beam ejection is discussed, together with associated problems. Requirements for accelerator and laser parameters are formulated. Estimations of attainable luminosities and examples of physical processes are given. © 1990.
