Recent results on e+e- → Hadrons and CVC
New results on e+e- → hadrons coming from two detectors at the e+e- collider VEPP-2M are presented. Conserved vector current (CVC) predictions for the branching ratios and mass spectra derived from e+e- data are in general consistent with the data on τ decays although some problems with the normalization can exist. Possible applications of CVC to the calculation of the hadronic contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment are discussed. © 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
