The current status of the crystal calorimetry for high-energy physics experiments at colliders was studied. Scintillation crystals for the calorimetry in high-energy physics should have short radiation length, high light output, and radiation tolerance. It was found that these calorimeters are precise and reliable instruments for high-energy physics experiments with very good characteristics and relatively simple operation.
