The article discusses capabilities and limitations of the structural- grammatical approach to the analysis of social action. The concept of sociological verbs by V. Descombes, the structure of the autonomous subject of self-legislation in Kant's ethics, the problem of the free subject's obedience to authority are examined. The structural- grammatical approach is applied to the analysis of the subject's autonomous action, which is described as a four-actant verb presupposing the concept of the subject’s own desire. Understood in this way, autonomy is not affected by Descombes' criticism. The article also discusses the problem of the effectiveness of law and authority, which is shown to be based on the structural necessity which, in turn, is the condition of the possibility for a subject of desire.
Рассматриваются возможности и ограничения структурно-грамматического подхода к анализу социального действия. Исследуются понятие социологических глаголов В. Декомба, структура автономного субъекта самозаконодательства в этике Канта, проблема подчинения свободного субъекта авторитету. Структурно-грамматический подход применяется к анализу автономного действия субъекта, которое описывается как четырех- актантный глагол, требующий предположения о собственном желании субъекта. Показано, что так понятая автономия не затрагивается критикой Декомба. Рассмотрена проблема источника действенности права и авторитета, в качестве которого указана структурная необходимость, являющаяся условием возможности субъекта желания.
