The aim of the research was to study condition of microcirculation and analysis of coagulation system among children from ecologically unfavourable region. The work includes the results of the clinically, laboratorial, instrumental investigation of 230 children (from 4 till 16 years old) of sub-Aral area and 50 children. In the group of the Aral region children consisted chronic diseases in variety organs. The results showed different vascular, intravascular and perivascular microcirculatory changes among children of Aral Sea region. The vascular changes (47,2 %) that were identified in the venular section in the form of dilation and tortuosity resulted in clear intravascular disfunction (33,7 %), namely retarded and intermittent blood flow. Structurally functional changes were observed as crimpy and dilated of microcirculation vessels, aggregation of blood cells, slow of the blood flow. Fibrinolisis activation was found in coagulation system. Took place positive correlation of high level between cell aggregation and changes in coagulation system (fibrinolisis activation). Endothelial dysfunction is the main reason of the fibrinolisis activation. Villebrand factor activity was in children of Aral area.
