This paper is the fourth part of the study, in which are analyzed some claims to a correctness of the presupposition, which is supposedly implied in some lines of the Parmenides' poem: «all those things, which are actually thought (if they are present), exist». We have arrived at a conclusion that any attempts to treat Parmenides as the philosopher, who rejects the existence in thought, can be regarded the statements, which are incompatible with some testimonies from the survived fragments of the Parmenides' poem.
