With the purpose of decrease of cardiotoxic action of antracyclini their was used medicine Reamberin as a trap of free radical of oxygen with 160 patients with locally advanced breast cancer randomized with the methods of pocked. The preparations Reamberin has been used as cardioprotector. In the group of the patients getting chemotherapy according to the scheme CAF with the Reamberini cardio complaints, metabolic alternations according to the data of ECG (electrocardiographia) were med statistically rare. Beside, their were know signs of systolic end diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricular. The used of the medicine Reamberin allowed to reduce greatly toxicity effective of antracycliny during the chemotherapy with the patients locale advanced breast cancer.
С целью снижения кардиотоксического действия антрациклинов в качестве "ловушки" свободных радикалов кислорода у 160 больных местнораспространённым раком молочной железы, рандомизированным "методом конвертов", использован препарат реамберин. В группе больных, получивших химиотерапию по схеме CAF с реамберином, кардиальные жалобы, метаболические изменения по данным ЭКГ, экстрасистолия по данным холтеровского мониторирования отмечались статистически достоверно реже, чем в группе сравнения. Использование реамберина позволило в значительной степени снизить кардиотоксическое действие антрациклинов при проведении химиотерапии у больных местнораспространённым раком молочной железы.
